CICT @ Mobile Media
[29-30 Nov 07] The Center for Information and Communication Technologies (CICT), a LIRNE.NET partner in Denmark, will hold its 4th international conference on 29 and 30 November 2007, on Development of Mobile Media: Technological, economic and regulatory issues. The aim of the conference is to discuss the drivers and barriers for the further development of mobile media platforms, services and applications, identify the challenges of future development, and present successful implementations of applications and services.
Deadline for submission of abstracts is 1 September 2007.
The conference addresses technological, economic and regulatory policy issues related to the theme ‘development of Mobile Media’. The convergence of broadband, digital broadcast and beyond 3G mobile services has caused a paradigm shift from traditional scheduled push broadcast media to a pull choice of multiple segmented channels, increasing amounts of user generated content and personalized anywhere anytime on-demand access to media.
