[5-7 Nov 07] Kim Mallalieu of DIRSI will facilitate a workshop entitled “Mobile ICTs for Inclusion” during the “The Fifth Caribbean Internet Forum” at the Bay Gardens Hotel, Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, West Indies. The regional conference aims at harnessing the internet for Caribbean development, working on policy frameworks that will facilitate access to and promote development of the internet in the region.
