IJCIR – New African ICT Journal

 

Makerere University in Uganda has launched a new bi-annual journal - The International Journal of Computing and ICT Research (IJCIR). The journal’s main aim is to highlight new research developments, experiences and best practices in computing and the use of information communication technologies (ICT) in development. Timothy Waema, a member of Research ICT Africa (RIA!) and professor at the University of Nairobi, Kenya, is the Book Review Editor for the new journal.

IJCIR publishes and seeks papers in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Communications and Computer Networks, ICT for Sustainable Development, and other related areas.
