[30 - 31 January 2008] Kim Mallieu is presenting on “Building Caribbean Capacity for ICT Policy and Regulation” at the 1st Stakeholders meeting on Connect the Caribbean Initiative, to be held in Trinidad and Tobago. The main objective of the meeting is to establish a regional team to contemplate the mobilization of human, financial and technical resources required to bridge major gaps in ICT infrastructure development, enabling a harmonized policy framework and developing relevant and affordable services and applications.
