RIA![6-10 May 2008] The Research ICT Africa network (RIA!) is holding a research workshop that will take place in Cairo, and will be hosted by the American University in Cairo. The first day of the five-day workshop will focus on the feedback of the Household Survey and the discussion of the findings in preparation for the ICT Policy Regulatory Roundtable on Sunday 11 May. The following three days of the workshop will focus on the research design development for the next phase of research, specifically the integration of supply side and demand side indicators into a single e-index and training seminars on policy and regulatory issues for the preparation of national country briefs. The last half day will be devoted to the IDRC Outcome Mapping in order to evaluate the previous phase of the project but also to determine objectives and monitor and assess progress towards them on the road ahead.
