Sudan’s National Telecom Regulatory corporation change it is web site from 2008 t0 2009 , the report well be updated to face this changes and the reduce of data that the web site provide to users.

Egypt’s National Telecom Regulatory Authority placed a note in its website about the publication and the ranking of its own website.

“NRA of Egypt scored the highest ranking [in Africa] (score of 2.48) and was assessed to be almost fully at the interactive level.

NRA Websites: Benchmarking National Telecom Regulatory Authority Websites is the title of a report just published by LIRNE.NET. The report takes a detailed look at the state of regulatory authority websites in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America and North America and identifies benchmarking indicators for evaluating them.”

There were some typos for Chapters 4 & 5’s Headings for the the word ‘Regulatory’ that was printed as ‘Regulary’ instead. These were in the the download version. regards,

Great that DRC how has a website. You will note that the research unfortunately begun in 2008. As there was a cut of date on the research we did not incorporate any website that came in after September 2008. We will ensure to incorporate it next time.

I just have few comments on your chapter regarding the benchmark indicators for African National Telecom Regulatory Authority Websites. In the section dealing with central african countries, you have mentioned that DRC National Regulatory Authority does not have a website.
