Anders Henten

ANDERS HENTEN is Associate Professor at the Center for Communication, Media and Information Technologies (CMI) at Aalborg University, Denmark. He is a graduate in communications and international development studies from Roskilde University in Denmark and holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Denmark. His main areas of research are regulation of telecommunications, information and communication technology innovation, service innovation and internationalisation, socio-economic implications of information and communication technologies including e-commerce and business models. He has been teaching courses in ‘telecommunication markets’, ‘regulation of telecommunication’, ‘e-commerce – markets and business models’, and ‘standardisation in telecommunication’ at the Technical University of Denmark, the IT University in Copenhagen, international courses for telecommunication regulators and operators, and courses for the National Telecom Agency in Denmark.
