11th Economics of Infrastructures Conference

 

tudlogo.JPGThe Economics of Infrastructures section in the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology, will hold its 11th Economics of Infrastructures Conference on the theme of Transitions in Utility Infrastructures, from 22-23 May 2008. Regulators and representatives from industry will present their views on and discuss the latest developments in the governance of infrastructures. The conference will be a mixture of plenary keynote session and workshops addressing specific transition issues. Keynote speakers will address the transition in either a specific sector (energy, telecom, water) or from a specific perspective (sociological, technological, economic, political, historical).

EuroCPR 2008 – Innovations in communications

[31 March – 1 April 2008] The agenda for EuroCPR 2008, Innovations in communications: The role of users, industry, and policy, covers policy initiatives with implications for innovations, including services, process, and organisational innovations. Papers on policy challenges arising from technology and market innovations are especially welcome. We welcome papers on social innovations relating to the so-called Web 2.0 developments, including those addressing social innovation services and issues related to user-generated content.

Abstracts for analytical papers are invited on the topic of ‘Innovations in communications: The role of users, industry and policy’.
